Meet Dee and Cowles Meredith and Pam Schoenleber First and foremost, WE ARE A TEAM!  We are committed to doing whatever it takes to meet your needs.  Each of us has our specialty but we all can do it all.  Our goal is to make the process of buying and selling real estate a seamless one for you—no hassles.  We make real estate real easy because we are interchangeable parts of the whole—a true team. Dee Meredith was licensed as a REALTOR® in 1989.  Those 20+ years in the business have helped her understand how to make a real estate deal a win-win for all parties.  Her listening skills are well honed; her knowledge of the market is unequaled; and her ability to problem solve is well known among others in the business.     As Uncle Adrian says, Dee has two speeds--wide open and dead stop.  She's never learned to idle.  While her production places her among the top tier of REALTORS, she is known for her mentoring of others, for the extraordinary care she gives her clients, and for the leadership role she assumes in the real estate community--including the 2010 Presidency of the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS. Cowles has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992 and has held his Broker’s license since 1997.  After his retirement from IBM where he spent 25 years as a Marketing Rep, he joined Dee in her business.  He brings invaluable big business savvy to our partnership.  We are among the most technologically advanced REALTORS® in the area because of Cowles’ expertise. Pam Schoenleber was licensed as a REALTOR® in 2004.  She brings skills to the real estate business that she honed as the manager of a medical practice in Lynchburg and before that, while in the field of early childhood education.  Her enthusiasm for this business is hard to miss!  She is resolute in her determination to help clients meet their goals.  Hang on to your hat--her boundless energy will keep you moving until every detail is in place.  Her tenacity is unmatched.   Buyers and sellers who work with Pam know that a done deal is right around the corner.  Look for her beautiful silver hair and a smile that lights up the room!
