What Will We Do To SELL Your Home?   1. We want to hear you talk about why you're selling your home, about your expectations, about your perceptions of its value, about improvements you've made, about what you love about the house, and about your timetable. We want to understand your objectives. 2. We'll ask you to give us a tour of the home--interior and exterior--and we'll give you some preliminary feedback on anything you might need to do to prepare it for the market. 3. We'll have market stats for you to review. We'll show you what comparable properties have recently sold, what competition is currently on the market. We'll discuss trends in the market-its speed, its value, its inventory--all to help you determine a list price. 4. If, after this conversation, we agree to partner together to get your house sold, we'll get to work. 5. Our stager will work with you to get the property ready for the market. She is our gift to you. 6. We'll measure the square footage. 7. Our photographer, working with the stager, will take pictures and make a visual tour. 8. We'll prepare all of the paperwork and submit it to MLS with the visual tour and all of the photographs. 9. We'll produce feature sheets and put them in the house with CD's of the visual tour so that everyone who tours your house can have a copy of each. 10. We'll provide a personal website that's dedicated to you and your listing. Log in any time to see what's happening with your listing 24/7--feedback from showings, phone calls, conversations about your house, every activity associated with the listing. You'll always know what's happening. 11. Then we'll take care of all of the other details--producing an advertising plan, getting the listing on all of the websites, talking with other REALTORS, setting an open house schedule, and planning for your 30-day statistical updates. 12. And, when it's under contract, we'll monitor the Buyer's loan activity and oversee each closing activity to insure that you have smooth sailing until the very end. 13. We'll deliver your proceeds to you personally and offer our congratulations! We are successful at selling homes because we care.
